Cookie Time!

Mama and I made Christmas cookies!! Yummy!!! I had so much fun making the dough and cutting out the shapes. I still hate having to wait for the cookies to come out of the oven. While I was waiting though, I found out how yummy raw cookie dough is!

Thanksgiving Fun!

We had so much fun on Thanksgiving. We had it at Ma and Pa's house this year. I had a great time playing with my cousins.

It was Troy and Matthew's first Thanksgiving. They were so cute together! They really enjoyed each other :)

Pumpkin Pie!

I helped Mama make pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving. I LOVE helping in the kitchen, it's my favorite.

Marble Run!

It's "Marble Run" time!! I love telling Da,"I love this game!" We had so much fun building our marble runs and I loved seeing all the marbles whizz down the chutes. I've been asking to play it every day now. Da's really good at building them for me. I like loading it up with marbles to see how many it can handle at one time :) Thanks again Dani and Amber!

Trip to LA

Louis and I decided to take a vacation in LA. Ma watched John while we got to be tourists for a few days. We were BUSY! We went to the Queen Mary, Griffith Observatory, City Walk at Universal Studios, The Getty Center, Griffith Park and Hollywood. It was fun, fun fun!! While we were out doing "grown-up" sites, John had a blast hanging out with Ma and Pa. It was a great mix of family time and couple time. We walked up and down SO many stairs this weekend!! It was an amazing weekend and I'd love to do it again!

Happy Halloween!!

I really wasn't too sure about this holiday at first. I was very excited about my costume when we were at home. I decided I wanted to be a Choo Choo Guy (AKA Train Engineer). At first I liked my fireman hat with the outfit, then I liked the train hat. On the way to school, I decided I didn't want to wear a costume, so I went to school on Friday without one. I didn't care at all! :) That afternoon we went Trick-or-Treating at Grandma Rena and Grandpa Bert's house, GeeGee and Pa's house and Norma's house. I still wasn't into the costume thing too much. I liked wearing my outfit, but I'd only wear the hat for a little bit.

For Halloween night, Da had a GREAT idea! He knows how much I like looking silly in mirrors, so he said, "Let's paint your face!" I LOVED it!! Seeing my face made me giggle and giggle!! I told Mama and Da that I was Baby Einstein. I loved looking at myself, Mama and Da did too. We took our normal night walk and I got to see all the kids in their costumes. I wasn't scared at all! We stopped at a few houses for treats and I really enjoyed it :) It turned out being a great holiday after all!!

Pumpkin Time!

We carved our pumpkin last night. I wasn't too sure about the whole thing. I enjoyed watching Daddy, but I didn't touch it at all! It looked too goopy and weird. I sure like how our jack o lantern looks all lit up!

Chalk Art

Wow! It's been so long since I've blogged... I'll add a few posts. Tonight I was out back drawing with my chalk (one of my favorite things to do!) and I decided to draw some pictures instead of just write some words. Mama couldn't help but take some pictures....

Here's a house, notice the door, window and the TV antenna on top. I drew this all on my own, Mama was amazed that I even added the door knob!

Here's a barn. I was really proud of the silo on the side.
