Happy Birthday George!

This morning we went to my buddy George's birthday party. It was SO much fun!! I had such a great time on all the bouncers, I couldn't get enough! I just jumped and laughed almost the whole time! I sure wore myself out though, I was a bit of a zombie for the eating part of the party... although I still made sure to eat a cupcake :)

I enjoyed jumping and dancing to the music too!

Yummy! Food time!! I even wore a party hat! I think this was my first time that I wanted to... maybe because it had Mater from "Cars" on it.

We all sang "Happy Birthday" to George. I wanted to be right in the middle of the action and I sang my heart out! That's one of my very favorite songs!

What a super fun morning! I loved playing with all the other kids. We'll have to be sure and go back there again really soon! Happy Birthday George!

I LOVE Charlie Brown!!

My favorite Christmas show this year is "Charlie Brown Christmas". I wanted to watch it over and over again. I finally learned how to spell it :) I did this all on my own!

Helping Da

My tool bench came just in time! Da had some plumbing work to do and I was ready to help with my tools!

My hammer was the perfect tool to fix it with!

My favorite part was Da's new head light. I love that I could shine it on things I was looking at. I love it so much that I wanted to wear it into Target today while we were shopping.

Oops, it slipped!

I love this so much! It just makes me laugh! Da doesn't really need this, does he? At least he's very nice about sharing with me :)

Christmas Day

After we opened our presents at home, we headed to OC to see Ma and Grandpa. We only hit patches of rain, which was great since they were predicting over and inch that day! It was so much fun at Ma's. I LOVE it there! I got lots of goodies to eat, presents to open and of course lots and lots of hugs and kisses. GeeGee, Gramps, Uncle Eric, Auntie Laura, Uncle Mike, Auntie Ep, Uncle Joe, Alex and Grandma Susie were also there to celebrate with us. It was a super fun Christmas. Mama, Da and I still went out for our Christmas night walk to look at all the amazing lights on Ma's street. It was REALLY COLD though, so we were the only ones brave enough to take the walk. I enjoyed all the lights! It was so fun opening my presents this year and my stocking. I started looking in all of my socks for Christmas treats. I really enjoyed eating the candy.....

I was as quiet as a mouse in the living room when Ma came in to check on me. She caught me! I had taken my chocolate santa out of my "Christmas sock" and started chowing down. I had already eaten most of his feet and hat and I was working on his shoulders when Ma came in. Ahh, I love See's!

Christmas Morning

It's Christmas!! Last night we opened our one Chirstmas Eve present and I wanted to open more! I started calling the other presents "day presents". I was so excited when we woke up and got to open them! Santa came while I was sleeping and he even ate the cookies I left for him. It was such a fun morning at home. Da made a fire for us and I get to play with all my new things. We're off to Ma's in a little bit to celebrate some more. I really like Christmas!! Merry Christmas everyone!! XOXO

Christmas Eve

We celebrated Christmas tonight at Grandma and Grandpa Watton's house. It was sure fun! I got to see my cousin Georgia and I got to open presents. I also got to eat some yummy cookies that Georgia made. What a fun night! I really like presents this year!!

Christmas at the Zoo

We decided to take a family trip to the zoo this morning. It was great! There was hardly anyone there and the weather was so nice and cool. It was fun seeing all the animals playing.

Mama put in money for the "Footsie Wootsie" foot massager. I LOVED it!!

I made me giggle and laugh!! Now I have a new favorite thing at the zoo!

My other favorite thing is the moving sidewalk. I LOVE it!! Most people go to the zoo to see animals, this is why I like going... that and the ice cream :)

Starmack Christmas Fun!

We had our Starmack Christmas Celebration last night. It was so much fun!! There was such good food and such fun company. Louis and I got to try the wii for the first time, I think I know what's going on the Christmas list next year :) It was great having everyone together to celebrate, especially BEFORE Christmas! John had fun playing with his cousins and playing on their computer. He enjoyed opening presents and thought all of them under the tree were for him, since he saw a few with "John" on the tag, he did say one was for Mama though :) Another cute thing was we were headed out to Ramona and I told him we were going to Uncle Greg's house and then he said something about Uncle Grape. I asked him, "Did you say Uncle Grape?" and he told me, "Yeah, grape, just like Johnny eats". It was too funny, maybe a new nickname was made.

Monster!

Mama thought this was too cute not to post. On the way up to Uncle Grape's house, I was in the backseat drawing away on my drawing board. I decided to draw a monster. Mama and Da loved it! Mama said she especially liked the teeth!

Festival of Lights!

Mama, Da and I went to "The Festival of Lights" last night at the Wild Animal Park. I wanted Mia to come too, but Da said she had to stay home :( Mama gave me my "O" cookie in the car for dessert and ended up carrying it around most of the night! I just couldn't bear to eat it! I had such a fun time this year!

It was so cold there, but Da and I still loved eating some ice cream!

There was a snowhill there, SD style! The last few years I was afraid to go on it. This year though, I was brave! I LOVED it!! I liked how slippy it was!

I also got to make a squished penny there. This machine didn't have a crank, but it was still a lot of fun to watch!

There was "snow" falling at the entrance. I really enjoyed watching it fall.

I would only go under it for a little bit at a time though. It made me laugh and do a snow dance!

What a fun night! All the way home I kept telling Mama and Da what a fun time I had at the zoo! Now we need to find some real snow to play in!

Our Christmas Tree is Decorated

We decorated our tree tonight! I really liked seeing the lights and helping Da put them up on the tree. Decorating with ornaments on the other hand... I put up 3 or 4 and then I was done. Mama and Da finished it up for me. I preferred watching "Charlie Brown" and "Rudolph". Mama made us hot chocolate, well I had chocolate in my soymilk, while we decorated. It was super yummy!!



I came out after Mama and Da put me to bed and wrote a message for them on my writing board, "Johnny loves bed no" I just wanted them to know how I felt about going to bed. I sure like having our tree in the house.

A fun weekend so far...

Last night we went to Landon's house for dinner. It was so much fun! At first I was a little shy and didn't want to play with him, but by the end of the night we were having a BLAST!! He likes running around too, so we ran and ran! We also played with my drawing board and Legos and took turns. We spent most of the night laughing and giggling. We were both really sweaty and sleepy when we headed home. This was the first night in over a week that I went right to sleep without a fight. What a great way to spend the evening. (Mama was SO bummed that she didn't have her camera!)

Today we went to the zoo with Sadie and Indigo. It was a great time!! Even though it was Saturday, there was hardly anyone there. The weather was perfect zoo weather too, nice and cloudy. We walked to the zoo from Indigo's house and we checked out the Children's Zoo. I've never had more fun there! We looked at the ducks, goats and mice. I loved sticking my face in the cutouts. They made me laugh and laugh. I couldn't get enough of it and would say "That's silly!" We also got to watch a musician sing fun animal songs. I didn't want it to end! Indigo and I had a lot of fun playing together at her house before and after too. She's such a great friend!

Old MacDonald

John really enjoys singing this song. I think he was just humoring his ol' mama doing it on video :)

Me and my best buddy

Regina sent over a picture of Evan and me that I wanted to share. We just finished running and chasing each other all around the front yard. We always have so much fun together!

Snowman and Star Wars

My favorite Christmas story so far this year is "Frosty the Snowman" I like that it's also a song. While Mama and Da were making dinner, I made my very own snowman. I even added a hat on his head. Drawing this made me want to read my "Frosty" story one more time!

Another favorite thing right now is "Star Wars". I ask to watch it all the time and I love writing "Stars Wars" on my drawing board. Mama says now I'm an official computer nerd :) I love the robots and I love to eat popcorn while I watch the movie. I'm watching a good part with robots and Jabba.

Hooray for Christmas Trees!

Yea! We got our Christmas Tree tonight! I think it's so silly having a tree in our house, that made me laugh! I had a lot of fun finding one... well, It wasn't so much fun finding a tree, it was more fun running through the trees trying to find Da.

Working in the Garage

I LOVE helping Da out in the garage. While he was working on a project, I had my own project I wanted to work on. Da made me my own little work station. When we work on projects together, I'll be the architect and Da will be the engineer :)
