I'm 7 months old!! Mama weighed me at home and I am 24 pounds. I am a very happy 7 month old. I enjoy my toys, playing with my brother and exploring. I'm still not crawling forward, but I can get around! I roll, spin on my tummy, reach and scoot backwards. Some thing a few feet in front of me may still be safe, but I can get around and into all kinds of trouble when Mama puts me on the ground :)
My biggest problem lately has been sleep. I went through a few weeks where I would stay up until 10ish and then wake up in the middle of the night too. Mama and Da bought some Baby Rub for me. I really like it. The last few nights, I've stayed up until almost 11:00, but at least I've been sleeping through the night for Mama. I also have my first real cold with a stuffy nose and a cough. Poor Ry, Ry!
I am hooked on my Mama! When I see her leave a room, it makes me really sad. When I see her again, I always give her a super big smile! Mama wonders if it's really that I'm happy to see her, or if it has more to do with food :) Talking about food, I'm still enjoy trying new things. I've added peaches and pears to my foods. I also had some little pieces of bread today at lunch! I gave a squishy face when the bread first hit my tongue, but I was looking for more right away!
The dress I'm wearing was Mama's when she was little.

It was so nice to finally meet you the other weekend! I really enjoyed seeing your happy little face in person. I can't believe you just got your first cold-what a lucky girl! (Ginny was 4 months when she got her first cold).
You know, Ginny went through a similar phase of having trouble going to sleep and waking up during the night around 6 months. It must be the age!
