Happy Easter!

It was a super fun Easter this year. I was a little nervous about the Easter Bunny coming to the house while I slept.
Mama and I went to the Easter Vigil Mass Saturday night. It was strange going to church so late and for so long. I liked that we came in with candles in the dark. I also thought the incense was neat. Although, as we were walking in, I said kinda loud, "The incense makes my nose hurt!" That made a few people around us laugh :) I even got to hold a lit candle. Mama wasn't going to let me at first, but I told her I would hold it like a big boy. I also enjoyed seeing the baptisms. I still talk about the priest pouring water on the people. I surprised Mama and made it the whole two hours. Mama was so proud of me. The music was beautiful. Mama thought it was the most beautiful Mass she'd ever attended, very inspirational.
When I woke up, I remembered right away about the Easter Bunny. I checked on our baskets and Riley's was filled and waiting and mine was gone! There was a note from the Easter Bunny telling me he left me 5 clues to find my basket. I had so much fun finding the clues!

Here I am in action...

I found it! I was very excited!

Checking out the loot

Riley enjoyed her basket too!
She had eggs filled with puffies!

I helped her open a few

Daddy blew bubbles for us. We both enjoyed popping the bubbles!
Yummy! More puffies! Ry popped all of them open and scattered all the puffs around. Then she had fun eating them :)
After this, we celebrated Mama's birthday. It was a day early, but Daddy and I were too excited to make her wait! Riley and I gave Mama a new waffle maker. The one we had was the one Ma used when Mama was little. The leg had broken off, so Mama had to stuff things underneath to make it level. She loved it. We also got her an iPhone! Mama was SO surprised! She LOVES it! WTG Daddy! :) Then we were off to GeePa's to celebrate with the fam. It was a great day... too bad we didn't see Mama much without her phone... just kidding! :)
