We had another appointment on Thursday. I found out we actually have made some progress! I'm 2-3 cm dilated! Yippee!! I was starting to think that would never happen! I never got past 1 cm on my own with John, so this is new territory :) The doctor said he didn't want to do anything until closer to her due date... so, we're going in for our last appointment on Monday. At that appointment we'll check and see any changes over the weekend and make a date for an induction. He didn't want her to go much past 3-11 and mentioned that we'd try and schedule the induction for that day if needed. It's so amazing to think that we'll have a baby this time next week! This has been the fastest pregnancy in history! I'm excited to meet our little girl and also very nervous about having two. How's that going to work?!
Everything looks good. Her heart rate was perfect and my stats were good too. I gained more weight this week... I hoping those 2 pounds are hers :) It couldn't be the Tiramisu... thanks GeePa! :) We'll keep you all updated... look for a pink blog theme sometime in the next week :)
PS - My Mama intuition isn't working well, today was the day I was guessing for her birth. I still have 3 hours, but it seems unlikely :) I'm o for 2 on birth date predictions, although I am 2 for 2 with gender predictions... that must be my gift
