We got to hang out with our buddies Indigo and Sadie last weekend! We decided to walk over to the park to ride the train. Little did Sadie and I know just how long the walk would be.... it must have taken us at least 45 mins each way. I think Sadie and I took the walk in less than 15 when we took the kids in strollers a few years ago. They had a blast though! They collected every stick, leaf, berry they passed. John shoved them all in his pockets. It's so cute hearing them giggle and make up games together. They are such great friends!
They had a great time on the train. They enjoyed waving at people and looking at each other in the tunnel :)
Afterwards they got snow cones. They got to choose from that an lemonade. I suggested lemonade to John and he insisted on a snow cone. Right here he's not happy with the snow cone... it was hard, but I didn't say I told you so! :)
So glad to see that they are still such great friends! They are two peas in a pod!
