Swim School

It's time for swim school again! I was a little nervous at first. I kept telling Mama that I didn't want to go to Swim School this summer. We looked at pictures of last year and then I told her that I only wanted to swim at the same pool as last year with Mr. Tyler. This year we were lucky enough to take lessons at the school right by our house! I'm also lucky that Indigo is in my class too! We all walked over together and I was feeling much better about class by then. I didn't cry at all and wasn't nervous acting. Mama likes it better here since she can sit on the bleachers instead of standing outside in the sun, Riley liked that better too!

I was good until we had to get in the water. Indigo jumped in, no problem. The other kids in the class were more nervous and started crying. I was still fine until the fourth kid jumped in and it dawned on me that I was going to have to jump in next! I started crying and tried to lie down on the pool deck. They got me in and I cried while I waited for my turn with the teacher. Once I was out with the teacher I was fine and I was fine for the rest of the class. I just had a case of first class jitters. I'm looking forward to class today and seeing Indigo again.
