These are from the trip we took to OC in October... We went to the mall and we also went to Ruby's on the pier for breakfast. SO good!! We also got to try our first beignet there. We'll have to visit you in LA Allyson just for some more of those ;) After breakfast we wandered around the beach. Both the kids loved it! Go figure, John didn't want anything to do with the beach over the summer... Glad he loved it this time!

Riley insists on squatting in pictures. I think it's because everyone does that for her. She doesn't realize she's the shorty!

Everyone got a chance to roll in it a bit. John even filled one of his socks with sand so he could take some home.

didn't last too long... Riley's a little more particular about things sticking to her hands. Once the sand was off and she was unburied, she was OK again :)
